Volleyball Adds Another Win

SUNY Erie volleyball defeated Monroe Community College 25-22, 25-14 and 25-21 at the Flickinger Center Tuesday night. It was the fourth match win in a row for the Kats.
Delia Lake had 16 kills for Erie while Allison Gummo had 33 assists.
Coach Craig Starzynski likes the way his young team team is coming together. "Again, our middle blockers led the way. Allie is starting to connect with Delia and Sami (Padilla) really well, so our offense is getting faster. Avari (Irizarry) and Sarah (Barnard) are also making big plays," he said.
Erie will look to add another win to their record when they travel to Genesee Community College on Thursday for a 6:00 pm match.
