Men's Relay Team Earns Spot at NJCAA Chapionships

This past Wednesday, the ERIE Men's 200 free relay team consisting of Stu Jensen, Nate Setlock, Sam Vail and Ryan Nebrich, punched their way to a NJCAA Championship qualifying time of 1:53.09. This continues the strong season the team is having with now having nineteen NJCAA qualifying times so far.
Both the Men's and Women's teams continue to have great performances throughout the year. Ryan Nebrich won the 100 IM (1:03.20) and placed second in the 200 back (2:18.45). Stu Jensen won the 200 breast (2:36.33) and finished third in the 50 breast (32.53). Nate Setlock was second in the 500 free (6:28.51) and fourth in the 200 back (2:47.78). Sam Vail was eigth in the 50 breast (46.49) and ninth in the 50 free (30.78).
For the ECC women, Madison Baird turned in a solid performance finishing fifth in both her races. She swam the 50 free (35.30) and the 50 back (40.40).
Erie's next competition will be at Jamestown Community college on Saturday, January 14th starting at 1:00pm.
