Bio

Mandy Dixon has over 20 years of experience coaching athletes at levels ranging from youth programs and travel through high school and collegiate teams. She spent many years in West Seneca coaching for the West Seneca Soccer Club travel program and West Seneca West High School. She currently plays an active role in the advancement of community-based teams as a board member and coach for Niagara PAL Soccer Club and Niagara United Football Club.

Dixon graduated with her bachelor’s degree in physical education from SUNY Cortland, where she was also captain for the women’s soccer team. She then completed her master’s degree in physical education and health through Canisius College. In 2020, after teaching elementary and middle school physical education and health for 12 years, she joined the teaching faculty at SUNY Erie in the Health, Physical Education, Sport and Leisure Studies Department. She was the assistant coach for the SUNY Erie men’s soccer team before becoming the women’s head coach.
