Bowling Finishes Regular Season
After a canceled event due to weather, the Erie Men's and Women's bowling teams finished off the regular season with a trip to Monroe, MI for the American Heartland Bowling Association Conference (AHBA) Championships.
"The month between events, with our trip for 1/13 being canceled due to the snow storm, was an unfortunate way to start the second half of our season," said Coach David Zajac. "The players dealt with it the best they could. Nonetheless we are now set to start preparations for the championships portion of our season. Regionals and NJCAAs have always been our top priority, now its time to fully prep for them."
Sophomore Declan Stiles had the men's high game with 256 while freshman Maura Noonan bowled the ladies high game with a 180.
Both teams will compete at the Region III Championships on February 17th.
