Buffalo, NY- The Erie men's basketball team dominated their final regular season home game defeating Mercyhurst North East 106-69. This was the ninth win in a row for the Kats and 21st of the season.
In an evening that recognized outgoing sophomores Ahamadou Fofana, Ladji Fofana, Tevian Kemp, Terrell Brown, Seydou Magassouba and Timothy Whitehead, the team had another solid effort from their starters and reserves. As a whole, the team shot over 55% in field goals, three pointers and free throws. Four players were in double digits with Kemp leading the way with 24.
The Kats will close out the regular season on Saturday when they play at Niagara County Community College at 3:00 pm.
