Buffalo, NY- SUNY Erie volleyball won its biggest match of the year on Thursday defeating Fingerlakes Community College 3-0.
The Kats took the sets 25-22, 26-24, 25-20 for their fifth win in a row.
Freshman Sara Domanowski had 29 assists and ran the offense really well all night while sophomore Aurora Davis contributed 14 kills. Freshman Natalie Ruhlmann led the defensive side with 10 digs.
Coach Craig Starzynski said of the match, "Today was the biggest win of the year for us. Everyone stepped up, everyone stayed energized."
Erie improves to 9-6 on the season and will play at Monroe Community College on Saturday at 1:00 pm.
