Kats Lower Times in Quad Meet

The Erie Community College swimming and diving team had several good individual performance in its last regular season meet. The quad meet included Jamestown Community College, Medaille College and Roberts Wesleyan University.

Sophomore Libby Richardson dropped more than two seconds off of her season-best times in the 200-Yard Individual Medley (2:37.30) and the 100-Yard Backstroke (1:11.95). Freshman Anna Rickard bested her season top-times by more than 10 seconds in the 1,000 Yard Freestyle (13:20.49) and the 500-Yard Freestyle (6:26.79).

Freshman Mason Rose knocked off more than seven seconds off his time in the 100-Yard Backstroke (1:02.57). He also took second in the 50-Yard Freestyle in 24.06 seconds.

Erie will host the Region 3 Swimming and Diving Championships April 10-11.
