Kats Close-Out Regular Season with 8-0 Victory.

Orchard Park, NY- The Erie Community College Women's Soccer team defeated Cayuga Community College 8-0 on Saturday.  Jena Schelble once again lead the offense with five goals and two assists on the day.  Annabelle MacIntosh and Jordan Goeddertz both had multipoint games. MacIntosh had one goal and three assists while Goeddertz also netted one and assisted on two others.  Maria Bonfilio was the other Kats goal scorer.  

The Kats finshed the season 8-7 and are ranked 8th heading into the Region III Women's A & B  District Championships.  

"This weekend was a great way to cap off our regular season.  Anytime you can look back on a weekend of games and see two wins, 11 goals for and one against, it's a positive feeling." said Head Coach Kolby Banker.  "The season always goes by fast, but I've been really proud of our growth as a team. Today we had a great second half and we will to carry that momentum and confidence into the post-season.  

The Kats will host ninth seeded Onondaga Community College on Tuesday, October 29th at 2:00 pm at the Medaille Sports Complex.
