Kats Win Both Games of Skipper Classic
Port Huron, MI- The Erie men's basketball team traveled to St. Clair County Community College to particpate in the Skipper Holiday Classic over the weekend.
On Friday night the Kats defeated Mid Michigan College 90-70. The Kats had four players in double digits with Ladji Fofana leading the way with 22 points including three from beyond the arc. Ahamadou Fofana had 17 a point, 8 rebound night while Tavien Kemp added 16 and Isaiah Duran added 13.
Saturday afternoon the Kats faced host team St. Clair defeating the Skippers 84-72. Erie once again had four players in double digits. Tavien Kemp led the way with 28. Ahamadou Fofana contributed 20 while Isaiah Duran and Seydou Magassouba each had 10 on the day.
The Kats return home to host Bryant and Stratton Buffalo on Tuesday, December 10th. Tip-off at the Flickinger Center is 6:00 pm.
