Kats Ranked in Final NJCAA Football Poll

The Erie Community College football team finished the season ranked fifth in the final NJCAA Division 3 poll. Erie finished the year with a 6-4 record. 

The Erie defense caused 26 turnovers (12 fumble recoveries, 14 interceptions) in 10 games this year, which ranked second in the country. Sophomore linebacker Shamar Adams ranked sicth in the country with 7.6 tackles per game and was fifth with 12.5 tackles for loss. Freshman safety Jamal Drummond ranked second with six interceptions. Freshman cornerback Josh Larrier was second with three fumble recoveries.
